Who we serve

Functional Restoration at PRIDE is intended for patients whose injury or medical condition has become chronic, or "long term", preventing them from returning to work or other daily activities.

Insurance Coverages

Most of our patients are covered by some type of federal or state workers' compensation insurance. Private health care providers may pay part of chronic pain or Functional Restoration program charges. Medicare and Medicaid will not pay for our services.

As a service to you, we will handle all pre-authorization requirements on all workers' compensation patients and will contact private insurance carriers to determine coverage.
